I managed to pick up a doozy of a bad cold, courtesy of Younger Daughter. (hack cough wheeze blooooow honk....) My office garbage can doth overflow...
...(I figure, why empty it since I'll just re-fill it tomorrow?)
So, in the absence of any genuine mental capability, and since I'll be away from home almost all day long tomorrow (and thus unable to post anything), I'll merely leave you with some amusing pictures a reader sent me.
When Farm Boys Get Bored
Fantastic, Patrice. Hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeletethanks a laugh is always good and I was between drinks so no monitors were damaged.
ReplyDeleteMy boys wish they were farm boys! They are all master Lego builders and would enjoy building with bales!
ReplyDeleteOutstanding. Now how many city kids could think like that. I like the Sat. Dish.
ReplyDeleteCity kids "think"? They can barely do simple arithmetic or spell their own names, let alone have the gumption to do anything like this! (Ask most "city kids" what's 36 divided by 4 and they reach for their calculator.) Take care, Patrice. Hope you're feeling better real soon. --Fred
ReplyDeletePictures were great...hay scenery and the clouds were fantastic...And for your cold, go to Enola's blog and check out the onion syrup...I tried it on hubby and his stuff went away.....Great, but smells awful..Hubby said it tasted like onion ice cream...HAHAHA
ReplyDeleteLove from NC
City boys are in the park occupying and trying to make points with the airheaded city girl in the next tent so she'll share the McD's her parents bought her...
ReplyDeleteFarm boys got the onions in last month and they're all in the hills hunting now.
I don't think our country, economy, and culture has been this divided since the 1860's. Pray hard, we've got tough history ahead.
Very cute! Although I don't think most country boys I know would have the time for such things...they are too busy working. :)
ReplyDeleteLove it! Some of those are quite amazing bits of engineering.
ReplyDeleteWhere were the pictures taken?
