Hallelujah!

This is cute!

Here is Handel's famous Hallelujah chorus done "Alaska style." This video is from the small Yupiq Eskimo Village of Quinhagak, Alaska. It was a school computer project intended for the other Yupiq villages in the area. Much to the villagers' shock, over a half million people have viewed it.

Adorable!

(And reminiscent of the "Silent Monks" singing Hallelujah I posted here.)

  3. A school computer project? How did they get it past the school board and the unending attack on Christianity? I fear this may land the school in hot water now that it's gone viral.

Cute? You betcha! Going to cause them trouble? Probably. Free speech doesn't apply to Christians anymore.

  5. I know very little about computers so I don't understand why this is the case, but, I am always surprised you can get YouTubes to play! We have HughesNet's fastest (satellite cable) speed they offer, we live near you, yet I can't get YouTubes or any other videos to play! Our internet is just too slow. Hmph. I'm envious- I'm missing out on all the fun!
