Changing a lightbulb

Here's a little Monday morning humor a reader sent. How many homeschoolers does it take to change a lightbulb?

  1. Question: How many public school children does it take to change a light bulb?
Answer: None. The janitor does it. The public school kids are too busy putting condoms on bananas and learning the history of homosexuals.

  2. You can also teach the kids what it costs to run the lights at the homestead per kilowatt hour. How much electricity does it use to run the lights? May sound corny, but my master-electrician husband has done this with his new employer. He will save his employer $16,000.00 the first year alone by putting timers on the lights. When kids can see why knowing your math is so important they start to connect the dots.

  3. That is too true! And the husband wonders why sometimes "nothing" gets done around the house except a great education.
