Folks, this guy is amazing. Consider he's a "late" starter to the field of homesteading, he has learned more in the past ten years than many of us learn in a lifetime. His videos and podcasts are always worthwhile.

ReplyDeleteWe have a local restaurant that would love to have me supply their lamb, but I've been loathe to open my life up to the governmental intrusion and the expense and stress of jumping through the many hoops such a move would demand. Maybe I'll learn something from Tim that makes it seem more doable, who knows?

I've read a lot of his work over the years and have followed each of his endeavors and well I guess I'm just spoiled by Rural Revolution.
