And I almost forgot...

When you get to my age (53), you almost forget about such things, but as reader "Trinichick" so kindly remembered, it's my birthday.


Nothing special for today -- we're hosting the neighborhood potluck tonight and that's about it.

Update: We ended up having an enormous number of people for the potluck, sixteen in all. Everyone stayed late, devoured the food, helped with dishes, yakked for hours. It was a wonderful time.

    Happy Birthday, from a 55 year old man in Mi. Just stopped by for a browse. Saw your definition of lust(not searching for it, just reading Dr. Laura posts).

    When I was in Bible school I heard the old grandpa farmers definition of what does it mean when the Bible says "thou shalt not commit agriculture?"

    The old farmer thinks for a minute and tells grandson, " it just means you shouldn't plow another man's field."

    Hope that isn't offensive, it was from a guy in preaching class, as part of one of our assignments. I don't remember the professors reaction, but I do remember that illustration.
