It's been a good year for crows here in the Wild, Wild West. I saw two parents and three young'uns behind the house yesterday. The kids were standing there, wings fluttering, mouths open, waiting for Mom or Dad to fill them. The parents were ignoring. You could almost hear them saying "GET A JOB!"
Not a little drama to the parent!

ReplyDeleteI have 3 sons and make that exact expression that parent bird is doing many times a day!
ReplyDeleteThen, to top it all off, once they're out of the nest and on their own they never write or call.
ReplyDeleteThey wouldn't happen to be college graduates with a degree in the liberal arts, would they? Much spiritual amnesia happens there...
