Which is exactly that I did this morning. Tomorrow I leave for the Northwest Preparedness Expo in Prosser, Washington, and I needed to get my slides (visuals) finalized for my talk.
This is the third or fourth (I forget) time I've spoken at this expo, and it's a small but excellent opportunity to learn a lot about preparedness in general.
It's amazing how much time and energy goes into getting a one-hour talk ready to go, including visuals. I'm down to the wire and need to get everything finalized.
I spend today packing and tomorrow driving. I hope anyone in the area has the chance to attend!

When I was in the Army, I had a commander who said "If you are going to give a class for 1 hr. then, you need to spend 5 hrs. getting ready for the class".
