I'm starting to think social means you have access to an ambulance should you need one, and maybe one of those buzzers you can hang around your neck to call one! Otherwise, it's hard to ever feel alone in the country. There's so much to do, and wildlife, and you can always see the stats if it isn't cloudy. Unfortunately, on Christmas morning, way before dawn, I was out on the deck enjoying the start of a new day, and noticed one of the stars was meandering. And had a red light and a white one. And then would zip over in one direction and then another. I turned the deck light out and it made a beeline to behind a stand of trees and stayed there. Sigh. So I went out in the yard and looked up and there were a couple more easy to make out, and the one behind the trees was visible from that new angle. This is central Alabama. Ain't nothing happening here but wildlife and a few country folks. I like the woodsy idea of social. Being spied on by drones, which I must assume those things were, makes me unhappy and concerned. If there wete any blue or green lights I didn't see them, but it was dark, and even though they looked close, they probably weren't. We need some answers to this questionable activity. It definitely isn't social if it's so secret.
Love this.....It takes all kinds in this world.....I think I am some where in the middle of social and not.....
ReplyDeleteWell we love staying home but are social when we do have to leave the house. So yeah we are social, and stay at home people also. Best of both worlds.
ReplyDeleteNot a thing wrong with it.
ReplyDeleteThat person is social w/ nature.

Works for me!
ReplyDeleteGotta get a bigger pantry!!
ReplyDeleteNot at all; This describes our actual living situation here in Off-Grid Bonner County to a "T"......
ReplyDeleteThat is my ideal home!!
ReplyDeleteAlmost my ideal home. Add a detached 1200 square foot woodworking workshop, and a lean to for my boat, and I'll be in business!
ReplyDeleteThat would be our “dream home”.
