One of the (many) reasons I love Idaho

I came across a link this morning entitled "41 Maps That Put Different Things About The U.S. Into Perspective." Some were bizarre (breaking down U.S. governors by eye color?) which makes me think someone had too much time on their hands.

But the ones I found most interesting have to do with population density, and highlights why I love Idaho:

And of course, I'm sure you've all seen the NASA photos showing the U.S. at night from space:

Yep, I love Idaho.

  1. Gotta agree with you, I love Idaho also, now it is up to up to keep it that way.

  2. I agree too, with the exception of all the "refugees" deliberately dumped in metro areas of Idaho that will outvote the rest of the State. Anybody with eyes to see can conclude from the population maps that things don't bode well for those of us in rural areas.... unless what God promised will happen to the cities happens.....

    1. Unfortunately that is happening all over. The government (and LSS) is bringing in refugees and foreigners, subsidizing their salaries and their employers are laying off US citizens. We pay their medical bills and other expenses. They have introduced resistant strains of TB in Minnesota. And we pay the the salaries and tremendous benefits of those politicians who do that to us...

  3. Thanks for that. The states with smaller population than LA county was especially telling!

    1. That map shows that LA county has a large population that New York state.

I find that hard to believe

  4. I would think it would be hard for conservatives to ever win the popular vote based on this. I guess I am making a lot of assumptions.

  5. The amount of light in north, north west North Dakota has got to be an error.

  6. I think the #6 on the states with a pop. less than LA County is a MAP # NOT the # of states, right? The blue states are the ones NOT greater than LA County.
