I wanted to r...Patrice,<br />thank you for this recipe!<br /><br />I wanted to remark that I made your Homemade Bailey's and attempted it using my homemade "cooked" powdered eggs. <br />The Bailey's turned out wonderful. And, I didn't have to really wait a week for the denaturing to occur, as the eggs were not raw! <br />The consistency will probably improve as well as the flavors meld after it sits for a few days, but, it is perfectly delicious like it is now.<br /><br />Thank you for sharing these recipes.
