I don't often ask for it though as I probably should. I may just change my mind, but still may wait until I get to 65 and then be a "grumpy old codger" if I don't get it.... Heh, Heh! Every little $ helps in the economy of our household budget though, as I am sure you know as well! I didn't ask for senior discounts until I actually qualified, but they showed up on my tickets by 45. My husband also grayed early; so we appeared senior early. When we moved to FL we found some stores started the discounts at 50, a few more at 55, even more at 62 and almost everywhere at 65.

We stopped at a McD's on a trip one day, needed coffee to drive that last hour and a half, and were asked if we wanted the Senior Cup - Senior Cup? It wasn't on the menu, you had to be asked or know to ask for it, it's a small cup of coffee just the right size for us. I think you had to be 62 but it was a few years ago and since we now are over 65 details sometimes get forgotten.Bellenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17249001827113998376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5526768924178592295.post-24621694226936902892013-11-27T10:08:53.533-08:002013-11-27T10:08:53.533-08:00Don, I really respect people your age.....
