Armed but not dangerous

Here's this weekend's WND column entitled Armed But Not Dangerous.

  1. CA. does allow Concealed Carry Permits. I have one.

  2. What I would like to know is.... Has anyone ever, I mean ever tested the constitutionality of cc permits? If I read the amendments correctly the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Is a requirement to get a permit an infringement? Interesting question I hope someone may answer.....

    1. Constitutionally, you have the right to protect yourself with a firearm. The debate continues as to whether it means within your home or in public.
A state issued ccw permit allows you to carry CONCEALED. is a gteat place to check out the laws in various states.

  3. Some states have made it illegal for open carry, so the only way to carry is concealed which requires a permit.
