Feral youths and manning the lifeboats

Here's my latest WorldNetDaily piece entitled Feral Youths.

I also forgot to post a link to last weekend's piece, entitled Man the Lifeboats. Oops!

  1. Both of your recent WND columns pertain to issues within a bigger picture: the collapse of Western Civilization. We are witnessing it, living in it, and hoping to survive it.

The slow implosion of our current system is not an accident. It was planned long ago, designed by Cloward & Pivan, and implemented in hyperspeed by Hillary Clinton, Bill Ayers, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, and Barack Hussein Obama. And our demise has been funded by George Soros.

We are witnessing the end of our way of life. Something better could grow out of the ashes of Western Civilization, but probably not in our lifetimes. Teach your children well, they will have a much harder life than any of us can imagine.

  2. In your column, Ann Coulter writes, "We're beginning to see the final result of that idea [welfare] in Britain. The welfare state creates a society of beasts. Meanwhile, nonjudgmental elites don't dare condemn the animals their programs have created."

This is exactly what the elite criminal cabals have designed in their imposition of stealth socialism. By enslaving the people and creating a police state they are controlling the people and the resources. Of course the non-judgmental elites aren't going to say anything. This is by design. Through the slow process of socialism, under the guise of helping others, there are ramifications. Have you ever noticed how when the government "helps" people, the community or the environment, they end up greatly hindering instead? The ultimate goal is enslaving people in every country through globalization.

  3. Welfare will continue to be paid here but with inflation what will welfare do for you in current value dollars in inflated times? Creating a sub classification of people may have staved off trouble but the bill is needing to be paid. Will we see the troubles Europe is experiencing? Or will the threat of someone popping a cap in your posterior prevent or curtail it? Socialist thugs love to prey on the defenseless but will they be brave enough to go to the streets armed and itching for confrontation?

  4. Anonymous Patriot, you are exactly right and it absolutely breaks my heart. I have three kids (12-9-6). There are times when I want to lay down and cry when I think about what their future looks like. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't pray multiple times that God would give my kids wisdom, knowledge, courage and a strengthened faith so that they would be better equipped to battle the chaos and loss of liberty that is coming.

I fear that liberty, justice and the entire Western way of life is dying but I continue to pray for a miracle.

"If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."---2 Chronicles 7:13-14 (KJV)

  5. Thanks, Mrs. Lewis for the well written commentary. You've hit it on the head once again.

  6. Hi Patrice,

    Interesting article. Thanks.

I just finished reading a book that you are probably already familiar with, but one that maybe some of your readers are not.

It's called "Patriots" by James Wesley, Rawles. (Why the comma in his name? I don't know)

Most of the action in the story takes place right up there in your neighborhood. So I can imagine that you have an affinity for the characters and places in the story.

The copyright page says that the book is copyrighted 1990-2009. If Mr. Rawles did begin to write the story more than 20 years ago then he was indeed extremely prescient, and is someone whom we should be listening to.

Obviously, parts of this story were written closer to the 2009 copyright date because of the newer technology that is mentioned. In that case, the activities in the book presaged by only a couple of years today's headlines.

For that reason, this is a scary, scary book. There is absolutely nothing that takes place in the story that doesn't already have the stage set for it to happen today in real time.

My wife and I watch the riots in London, and the slopover of the same activity in America, combined with the economic crises that our nation is in right now, and we believe we are seeing the coming playing out of Chapter One of "Patriots."

Are we as prepared for the coming crisis as Todd Gray and his fellow retreat-mates were in "Patriots?" No way. Without a massive infusion of money into our personal finances it would be impossible.

Do we have any hope of surviving to the end of the 2nd Civil War like many of Gray's NW Militia group did? Not a chance, unless we are lucky enough to escape with what we have put aside and are able and lucky enough to join a group similar to his.

I highly, highly recommend your readers get ahold of this book and take it very, very seriously.

More information about Mr. Rawles and his organization can be found at I know you've mentioned his site on your blog, and have a link to it, but it bears repeating ... especially because of the current headlines.

  7. Just had to mention this... your article on feral youth was spot on ! This is one to go in our " save " category. I had just purchased " Bonhoeffer " by Eric Metaxas and only read into the first 30 pages, when - get this ! - I decided to randomly turn to the back third of the book and see what was being said. This was minutes after reading your article.... don't recall the page ( I was caught so off guard ) and there it was .... Hitler was described as a FERAL YOUTH ! Guess I'll keep listening to HIM !

  8. Dave, I'm very familiar with Patriots. When we first arrived here in north Idaho eight years ago, everyone around us recommended we read it since, as you point out, it takes place in a location not far from us. In fact it was a little eerie reading the book for two reasons: one, we know ALL the locations mentioned; and two, the author was indeed extremely prescient in terms of his predictions for the economic path our nation is following. SurvivalBlog is a blog well worth following.
